Harvest 2020 - about the highlight of the year - part 2

We are done – harvest 2020 is over!

The scissors are stored away and the successful picking team is recovering from the last weeks strains.

Harvest time is simply unique. Aside many emotional ups and downs, sleepless nights and vessels, which seem to be either too large or too small there it’s full of fascinating aspects. Once the aromas of wild fermentation are floating through the cellar and you get to try the first new wines, you recognise: it is all worth it.

We are looking back at the vintage with the comfy feeling to have made the best out of it. and we know that the hard work paid off and was definitely neccessary.

We won’t bore you here with details like analytics of alcohol or acidity levels. But one thing is for sure: 2020 will be a lighfooted and elegant vintage – one we like.
